CONCEPT TO MARKET SPRINT

Concept to Market Sprint is designed for aspiring packaged food entrepreneurs to help them validate, develop, and launch their innovative food products. This program offers a unique blend of the essential elements of food regulations, food safety, quality assurance and business management tools to support a strategic packaged food launch.
The weekly mini projects encourage participants to apply the topics covered to their business while in the program. Participants have the opportunity to share insights and to ask questions during each live session.
The coaching session provides an opportunity for the aspiring entrepreneur to meet one on one with the program manager to explore how the topics covered apply to their product and launch strategy.

Marlis has over 20 years of food industry experience leading product development at the grocery retail chain and food manufacturing levels. She holds both a Food Science Degree and an MBA to help you grow from a food focus and a business perspective. Marlis has worked with many small food companies to help them develop their products and increase distribution.
